Introduction

Mflam AMH-01 is a flame retardant especially designed for polyolefin, with phosphorus, bromine and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements. It has high flame retardancy efficiency, add 0.4% in homopolymer PP (add 2% in co-polymer PP ), to achieve UL94 V2. Good thermal stability, no immigration, excellent water resistance, good aging resistance and low smoke non-toxicity, no heavy metal, will not influence the transparent color of PP.

Remarks:

1) The process temperature of Mflam AMH-01 is recommended under 230 °C, so theprocessing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
2) When add Mflam AMH-01 in PP, it is not suggested to use Strong shear screw
combination.
