Halogen free environmental flame retardant

1. Description of halogen free flame retardant products:

3. Halogen free flame retardant products

Brand halogen-free environmental flame retardant is a phosphorus nitrogen intumescent flame retardant developed by our company. The product integrates carbon source, acid source and gas source. It decomposes and expands rapidly at high temperatures. A dense porous expanded carbon layer is formed on the surface of the combustion material. The carbon layer can prevent heat transfer to the polymer, isolate oxygen, prevent further degradation of internal polymer and release of fuel to the surface.

The flame retardant is halogen-free and heavy metal free, meeting the environmental requirements of RoHS and reach. Ultra fine powder and good surface treatment make the flame retardant not precipitate and migrate in the product, and the flame retardant effect is through UL94V-0. There is no significant difference in mechanical properties between the two systems. In short, this product has halogen-free, environmental protection, good flame retardant effect, high cost performance, good water resistance and other characteristics. It is an ideal substitute for bromine antimony flame retardant system. Products are widely used in PBT (16-18%), ABS (25%), PA (12%) and other rubber and plastic materials.

4. Storage and precautions

Store in a dry and normal temperature environment to prevent moisture and heat.
